'Ninjas'*

At nuke we have a zero tollerance policy with ninja's. You get caught you shall be kicked without hesitation.

Reporting a 'ninja'

If someone is 'ninjaing' please take a screen shot of the roll for the item and a screen shot of the persons equiped items (Inspect) or their armory page link.

Forum fights

Forums fights shall not be tollerated and anyone seen abusing another on the forums shall get a 3 day ban from forums on the spot.

Forum Warning Levels

10% - warning
20% - posting ability removed for 1 day (if the Admin believes its necessary)
30% - warning
40% - posting ability removed for 1 week (7 days)
50% - warning
60% - posting ability removed for 2 weeks (14 days)
70% - warning
80% warning - posting ability removed for 1 month (30 days)
90% - member's final warning
100% - banned from forum

In-game fights

As well as the forum fights we will be keeping an eye on the behavior of Nukes within the game, if we see childish behavior the people involved will receive a demotion right away. Never openly accuse others especially Nukes that do will be liable for a demotion!

If you fail to comply with any of the above you will receive a demotion or maybe kicked.

Retiring, Quitting or going off-duty

Retirement

A Person can retire only with the approval of the leaders. A player can come out of retirement at any time without going through the trial process. A player can go in and out of retirement anytime they like. HOWEVER if it appears to the leaders that you are abusing your retirement by coming in and out of retirement every other day or week. then you could lose your retirement rights.

Off-duty

If you become inactive from Nuke without letting a leader or Officer who is running Nuke know that you will be inactive and when you plan on becoming active again. you will receive a Email informing you that you have been placed on the inactive persons list. and that if you stay on the onactive persons list? we need to talk about the time length then you will be dropped from our membership. once this happens, you can come back to nuke only by a vote by officers and above.

Quitting the Clan

If you post that you quit =Nuke= then you have quit =Nuke= then after a period of 2 months you will be able to reapply , if you try to sneak in and we catch you, you will be banned on forum and site.

Hall of Fame

If you want to retire and you have been in Nuke along time or done something really special for the clan one of the leader might add you to the "Hall of fame" list. If you decide to come back to Nuke and you are on this list you will return with your old rank.

Inactive players

If you become inactive from Nuke without letting a leader or Officer who is running Nuke know you could receive a demotion to initiate at once. Once you have been given this you will receive an e-mail telling you if you carry on being inactive you will be kicked from Nuke guild as its not fair on the active ones doing all the work.



* A 'ninja' is someone who needs a item in a instance/raid without actually needing the object (as in they can wear plate but need a cloth item, or a tank needing a healing staff). They shall not be tollerated
